Our work covers both commercial buildings and residential homes: open offices getting new suspended ceilings, suites being rebuilt for a new tenant, older spaces where water-stained tile and outdated grid have to come down, and homeowners updating the ceiling in a room or two. Alongside the acoustic ceilings we frame walls and bulkheads in steel, hang and finish drywall, and handle the interior demolition — so a general contractor, property manager or homeowner can hand us the full ceiling-and-wall scope.
No job is too small — from a single-room ceiling repair to a multi-floor office build-out, you get the same attention to detail.
Straight grid lines, tight cuts at the walls and level ceilings across large open floors. We lay out with lasers and check as we go.
We plan around your GC, MEP trades and inspections, and we tell you early if something on site doesn't match the drawings.
Lifts and ladders used properly, materials staged neatly, and debris cleaned up so the next trade can get right to work.
