Many of the interiors we build in a market like Auburndale are not stand-alone offices. They are the front offices, break rooms, restrooms and training rooms inside larger industrial buildings. These rooms also see heavy daily traffic. Workers come in from the floor for breaks, shift meetings and paperwork, so walls get bumped and ceilings get opened often for maintenance. We frame and finish with that use in mind, and a grid ceiling makes it simple to replace a damaged tile instead of patching a hard ceiling. If a tenant later expands the office area or adds a training room, the grid and steel stud walls can be extended or reworked without starting over.
