1. Demolition of the Old Layout
If a previous tenant's office is still in place, our interior demolition crew removes the ceilings, grid, partitions and soffits that will not be reused and hauls the debris out.
2. Steel Stud Framing
We build the new walls, demising walls and bulkheads with metal framing. Steel studs are straight, non-combustible and unaffected by moisture and termites, a good match for Florida's climate.
3. The Suspended Ceiling
Our core service is acoustic ceiling installation. We lay out the grid from the reflected ceiling plan, hang it level, coordinate openings for lights, diffusers and sprinklers, and install the specified tile. In offices next to unconditioned warehouse space, humidity-resistant tile helps prevent sagging, and acoustic tile keeps shop noise from carrying into the office. Where the office has a higher ceiling at the entrance or a lower soffit over the reception desk, we tie those changes into the grid so the transitions look intentional.
4. Drywall and Finishing
Finally, our drywall installation and repair service hangs and finishes the walls and soffits, with moisture-resistant board in restrooms and break areas.

Trazamos la estructura a partir del plano de techo reflejado, la colgamos a nivel, coordinamos las aberturas para luminarias, difusores y rociadores, e instalamos la placa especificada. En oficinas junto a bodegas sin climatizar, las placas resistentes a la humedad ayudan a evitar el pandeo, y las placas acústicas evitan que el ruido del taller pase a la oficina. Cuando la oficina tiene un techo más alto en la entrada o un plafón más bajo sobre la recepción, integramos esos cambios a la estructura para que las transiciones se vean bien resueltas.
4. Drywall y Acabados
Por último, nuestro servicio de instalación y reparación de drywall instala y da acabado a las paredes y plafones, con drywall resistente a la humedad en baños y comedores.
