Ceilings for Medical and Professional Suites
Healthcare tenants are among the most common users of suspended acoustic ceilings, and for good reason. Acoustic tile helps keep conversations in exam rooms and consultation offices from carrying down the hall. Lay-in panels give technicians quick access to ductwork, wiring and plumbing without opening up drywall. And when a practice moves in or expands, the grid can be reworked around new rooms and fixtures.
When we install or replace a grid ceiling in a medical suite, we focus on a level, tight installation with clean cuts around light fixtures, air diffusers and sprinkler heads. We coordinate with the GC and other trades so the ceiling is installed in the right sequence and doesn't have to be disturbed later.

Supporting Work: Framing, Drywall and Demo
Metal stud framing. New exam rooms, offices, nurse stations and storage areas need walls. We build partitions and soffits with steel stud framing, the standard for commercial interiors.
Drywall. Our drywall installation and repair covers new walls, bulkheads that step around the ceiling grid and patching after plumbing or electrical work, finished smooth and ready for paint.
Interior demolition. Before a remodel, our demolition crew removes old ceilings, soffits and non-structural partitions so the rebuild starts from a clean slate. Handling demo and rebuild with the same crew keeps the project moving and avoids gaps between trades.

Drywall. Nuestro servicio de instalación y reparación de drywall incluye paredes nuevas, bulkheads que rodean el cielo raso y resanes después de trabajos de plomería o electricidad, con un acabado liso y listo para pintar.
Demolición interior. Antes de una remodelación, nuestro equipo de demolición retira techos viejos, plafones y divisiones no estructurales para que la reconstrucción empiece desde cero. Hacer la demolición y la reconstrucción con el mismo equipo mantiene el proyecto en marcha y evita espacios muertos entre oficios.
